To accompany this experience, you can choose two glasses from our wine cellar, including Primitivo, Negroamaro, Susumaniello, Nero di Troia and Minutolo.
An itinerary among the wonders of the Salento, starting in the Idro valley with a visit to an ancient Byzantine crypt and the ‘Le Costantine’ Foundation, guardian of the art of traditional weaving. We continue through the ‘megalithic garden’ of Giurdignano, among dolmens and menhirs, before enjoying a typical lunch in one of the province’s best bakeries in Specchia Gallone. In the afternoon, a stop at Porto Badisco and return to Otranto at sunset along the scenic coast road, with stops at the Punta Palascìa lighthouse and the suggestive bauxite lake.

Guided by an expert beekeeper, you will learn about the extraordinary life of the hive and the essential role bees play in our ecosystem. After being provided with protective clothing, you will visit the apiary up close and observe the bees at work in their natural environment.
The experience concludes with a guided tasting of two different honeys, an opportunity to discover their distinctive aromas, characteristics and nuances.
